All items are handmade and crocheted by hand. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, stitching, and finish are natural and are not considered defects — they are part of the character of a handmade product.

Product photos are representative. Colours may appear slightly different across screens.

3. Customization & personalization

Most products can be personalized. Personalization details (such as names, colours, or messages) are made exactly as submitted at checkout, so please review them carefully. We are not responsible for errors in the details you provide (spelling, colour choice, etc.).

Certain personalizations, such as adding a name, may carry an additional charge shown on the product page.

4. Pre-order & processing time

All products are made to order. Please allow the mentioned processing time before dispatch.
