Are your products really handmade?
Yes — every item is crocheted by hand and made to order. Because they're handmade, small natural variations in stitches and colour are part of the charm.
Can I personalize my product?
Most products can be personalized. On select items (like belts and handbags) you can add a name for +₹99, up to 10 characters. Just add your details on the product page before placing the order.
How long will my order take?
All products are made to order, so please allow the mentioned processing time before dispatch. We'll contact you to confirm the exact timeline for your order.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We offer PAN India shipping. Your order is dispatched once it has been crafted, and delivery timelines depend on your location.
How do I pay?
No payment is collected online at checkout right now. Once you place your order, we'll reach out personally for confirmation and further proceedings.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As they're personalized and handmade, products are non-returnable and non-refundable — unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item, in which case we'll gladly make it right.
What yarn/material do you use?
We use soft, durable yarn chosen for a lovely finish and everyday use. If you have a specific material or colour preference, mention it in your customization request.
How do I care for crochet items?
Gentle hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, avoid wringing, reshape, and dry flat away from direct sunlight to keep them looking their best.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Absolutely. For custom designs, colours, or bulk/gifting orders, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll help you out.
